I love SPRING!

I absolutely ADORE Chelsea Handler. I LOVE her sense of humor! I tried to purchase a ticket to her stand-up comedy show when she was in Seattle but seats were selling for $200+ a pop-- gatdayum! She's grown to be one of my favorite comedians and I watch her late night show religiously. This is a funny read for any of you who need a good laugh!

SPRING CLEANING-
So, I'm sitting here starring at the mess in my room. They say that creative minds are more likely to have messy rooms and that organized people have too much time on their hands (aka people with no lives). Anyways, back to my messy room, I feel like I'm starring at some warped view of what has become of my somewhat adult life. My bible next to my pillows, shoes boxes in one corner, heels scattered across the wooden floor, clothes EVERYWHERE, stacks of TIME, SPIN and USWeekly magazines, my collection of books by Augusten Burrougs, a futuristic looking fan/heater that stands adjacent to my bed, bracelets and earrings all along my window ledge, a music stand for my violin music, notebooks filled with compositions- most unfinished and the double doors to my closet wide open to a whole nother world of mess (aka things that are of sentimental value to me). ha ha. I had an alert set up in my blackberry to pop-up so I could set aside this glorious Saturday for some serious Spring Cleaning. Instead, I'm sitting here thinking what's the point? Everything's just going to back to being a mess and the only reason why my room needs to be clean is for potential guests-- and so that I don't seem like this total slob. Which I'm not! lol. I'm just a busy, creative minded woman and I believe the "mess" represents an artistic view of my scatter-brain. Therefore, I will keep my room as is and if anybody wants to comment on the "mess" my response will be, "it's art". HAPPY SPRING EVERYONE!
